Each MB4MH fidget mat is handmade with love and purpose — created to provide calm, focus, and comfort to those navigating anxiety, sensory overwhelm, or mental health challenges.
We don’t sell them. We give them away — because everyone deserves access to small tools that make a big difference.
These mats are stitched by family, inspired by lived experience, and offered freely to schools, community members, aged care residents, and anyone in need of a soothing outlet.

Handmade With Love
For the past two years, Monkey Boy for Mental Health has proudly supported Central Queensland University (CQU) by providing handmade fidget mats for their MindWave Connectors.
These sensory mats are included in CQU’s Mind wave Connectors Welcome Packs to help new connectors feel supported, grounded, and empowered as they begin their mental health advocacy journey on campus.
It’s a small gesture with big impact — bringing mindfulness and care into the hands of those working on the frontlines of peer support.
